Prairie on fire

After having had such sizzling hot days, the city of Saskatoon was covered in smoke. Numerous wild fire broke off in the northern part of Saskatchewan last week. As the wind changed the course to the south, it delivered the smoke into the city. The SaskAlert app was soon filled with the warning notifications.

I feel scared that the world is experiencing such unusual level of natural disasters. I have to rethink once again how I live and how I make choices in order to save the planet.

暑過ぎる日が過ぎたかと思えば、次は街が煙で包まれました。サスカッチュワン州北部で森林火災が多発し、風が南に方向を変え、サスカトゥーン市へ流れてきた為です。州政府の緊急アプリは忠告で一杯に。空気の質が最大危険度１０を越して１０＋になりました。空だけではなく、建物までも曇りがかって見える光景は異様でした。

世界中が異常な自然災害続きで怖い。自分の生活の仕方や選択を今一度見直そうと思います。
