This drawing is called “winter blues”, but it has nothing to do with winter blues.

I didn’t grow my love of winter until I started running.

Or rather, I didn’t try to see it. I hid from it. But now I look forward to running

I started this drawing when I participated in the open studio at The Gallery/ Art Placement last summer. It was part of a collaborative community- based project organized by biofeedback collectives and the gallery.
